If you are tenacious, driven, and love a fast-paced career that allows your communication and interpersonal skills to truly shine, please start your application today!Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g. loan officer assistant, loan opener, loan processor, underwriter, referral partners, escrow, title, etc.) on behalf of the applicant as needed to make sure the loan transaction goes through successfullyMonitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations/SLAs, get referrals, and generate new business opportunitiesCreate personal relationships with clients - offer additional information and answer questions about home mortgage productsCreate and explain mortgage coach presentations for clients (total cost analyses)Package files to send to the loan openers/processing staffLock loans, structure files, and review final closing disclosures (CDs) with clientsMinimum Qualifications:3+ year of experience as a mortgage loan originatorLicensure with the NMLS in NVExperience with EncompassWillingness and ability to participate in a weekend on-call schedule rotation 1-2x/monthSuperb relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skillsIntermediate understanding of loan program guidelines and various types of loans such as Conventional, FHA, VA, and down-payment assistance loansPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution3+ years of experience as a mortgage loan originatorLicensure with the NMLS in NV and any other statesExperience with Encompass, Simple Nexus, or CandidWillingness and ability to participate in a weekend on-call schedule rotation 1-2x/monthSuperb relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skillsIntermediate understanding of loan program guidelines and various types of loans such as Conventional, FHA, VA, and down-payment assistance loansBenefits:This position offers benefits including, but not limited to:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401k with a company match12 Days of PTO (prorated based on hire date)Company holidays
