Role Description The Relocation Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Tucson, AZ, responsible for guiding customers through the entire moving process. This role includes conducting consultations to understand client needs, preparing accurate estimates, and recommending appropriate moving and storage solutions. The consultant coordinates move logistics with operations teams, monitors timelines, and helps resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining detailed records in company systems, following up with clients, and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires active participation in local business development efforts, such as responding to inquiries, supporting sales initiatives, and representing BMS Moving & Storage with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Property Consulting and Real Estate-related skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable relocation and storage solutions. Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to guide customers through complex move requirements. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide clear, empathetic support throughout the moving process. Relevant experience in relocation, moving services, logistics, or a related field is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Tucson, AZ, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with operations and sales teams. Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) and accurate data entry skills. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance with company policies.
