\n \nI helped a Tax Director join this firm earlier this year, and something they told me recently has stuck with me.
\n \nThey haven't worked more than 50 hours a week during tax season, they work from home 3 days a week, and, best of all, they haven't missed a single one of their son's soccer practices.
\n \nFor someone who's spent 10+ years in Public Accounting, that's probably a bigger selling point than another fancy job title.
\n \nThis established CPA firm in Coral Gables is sized, and has managed to create a working environment where you can have a successful career, lead a team and earn very good money without work taking over your entire life.
\n \nThe firm is independently owned, with no Private Equity involvement and no plans to change that. The Partners are proud of what they've built and want to keep it that way.
\n \nBusy season typically sits around 45 to 55 hours, with 55 being the upper limit rather than something you're expected to hit every week.
\n \nYou'll have hybrid flexibility, generous PTO, twice yearly bonuses, extra time off around April 15, July 4 and Thanksgiving, plus a full Christmas and New Year shutdown.
