Wheel Loader OperatorDuncan, SCOverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Wheel Loader Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating medium to large wheel loaders to move, load, and transfer materials safely and efficiently across our site. The ideal candidate has strong machine control, a sharp eye for site safety, and a solid track record of completing daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.Why You'll Love Working Here:Consistent Scheduling: Full-Time (Monday-Friday) 4:00am-2:30pmCompetitive Pay: $17 hourPaid Weekly: Direct Deposit or Pay Card options.Affordable health insurance after 30 days: includes $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and FREE Telehealth services.Contract-to-Hire: Opportunity to become a permanent employee and receive pay increases, as well as career advancement opportunities.What You'll Do as a Wheel Loader Operator:Safely operate wheel loaders to load haul trucks, feed hoppers/crushers, stockpile materials, and grade site areas.Transport raw materials, aggregate, soil, or waste across the facility/job site while adhering to site capacity limits and weight restrictions.Perform daily walk-around inspections (fluids, tires/tracks, hydraulics, brakes, lights) and complete daily operator logbooks.Clean tracks/tires, grease grease points, top off fluids, and promptly report mechanical issues or safety hazards to maintenance staff.Maintain clear communication with ground crew, spotters, and truck drivers via two-way radios and hand signals.
